Organisation Development

 

Organisation development (OD) is an intervention aimed at developing the organisation, aiding a reorganisation or improving competitiveness thereby securing the organisation’s future success.

 

OD is a long-term process, supported by senior management, to create or improve the organisation’s problem solving and continuous improvement capabilities, with emphasis on achieving such transformation via the conscious management of the organisation’s culture as well as focus on team and group work, management style and cultural awareness.

 

Through our OD services, we partner with the leaders of the organisation and with the management teams in assessing the state of the organisation, in developing solutions for OD and in the implementation of these solutions including the personal development of the affected employees.

Interim management

Our interim managers are highly successful professionals, with significant experience and expertise in their field gained at some of the most successful companies worldwide.

Interim managers / executives are used for short-term interventions (3-9 months usually) for a variety of scenarios such as: turnaround management, M&A, site/company closure, maternity cover, or to cover the gap during the recruitment and selection of a permanent candidate.

During their time with the client, interim managers work as an integral part of the management team, taking full responsibilty for their area and delivering (and often exceeding) pre-agreed targets and results.
